I like Christmas – not for the presents or shopping hype – but for the focus on family and friends, the full stop it brings to another year, and the chance to focus forward on the next.
Christmas is the celebration of the birth of Jesus, who tried to change the world, and succeeded, but perhaps not entirely in the ways he had hoped.
